Heat supply
Heat supply of a new trade port facilities is considered
in accordance with norms and regulations in action: SNiP 2.04.07-86*
«Heat network»; SNiP 3.05.03-85 «Heat network »; Safety rules
10-573-03 «Rules for installation and safe run of vapor lines
and hot water lines».
Construction of new gas operating boiler stations of block
type (cape Panagueia and Tuzla dam) will compensate pressure
on heating, ventilation, hot water supply and technological
needs; stations may be extended as far as pressure grows.
Natural gas is recommended fuel, thus, gas pipeline is required.
Construction of heating stations with heat metering unit is
planned at every complex.
Designed gas operating boilers, producing vapor and hot water
for heating and ventilation, are the source of heat supply.
Heat stations characteristics:
- vapor - Ð = 0,6 megapascal, t = 160-170°Ñ;
- hot water for heating and ventilation - Ð = 0,7-0,8 megapascal,
t = 130-70°Ñ.
Water for domestic hot water supply t = 60°Ñ made in hest
stations.
Vapor is used for:
- steaming of reservoirs and technological equipment;
- heating.
After heating condensate returns to the boiler. Heating water
is used in heating systems and ventilation systems for hot
domestic water supply.
