On the 18th-20th of September 2006 by the invitation of the company “Navlomar Maritime” the delegation of Krasnodar krai visited Constance headed by the leader of department of transport and communication Minaev G.N. his deputy Pugatchev D. E. and director the General JSC "Kuban sea trade port" Parinov P.F.

The delegation was received by the General Consul of the Russian Federation in Constance Demin V.N. the deputy of Constance district A. Nikolaevsku, the chief of the directors of foreign communication of the magistracy of Constance P. Muntjanu, vice-president of the chamber of commerce I Zhiganaru.
